Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- Only size exchanges are allowed. Design or color exchanges may not be guaranteed.
Return Policy
- RiwayatAF does not offer cash refunds.
- In case of a valid return, a store credit will be issued which can be used for future purchases.
- Store credit is valid for a limited period as communicated at the time of issuance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or stitched orders
- Accessories
- Orders placed during promotions or special sales
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images and the order number must be shared for verification.
- Once approved, RiwayatAF will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to an error from RiwayatAF.
